At The King’s, we pride ourselves on the support we offer to new staff joining our school.

We run a highly successful induction programme in the first half term of the school year. This is designed to set new staff up with everything they need to succeed.

NQTs then benefit from a comprehensive programme of development sessions that take place across the year. These include training sessions led by experienced teachers and structured opportunities to reflect upon their developing practice.
