Welcome to The Fifth on Fourth
NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Food Preparation and in Food and Beverage Services.
Catering and Hospitality is one of The UK’s fastest growing industries. At The King’s, we offer NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 at Sixth Form in Food Preparation and in Food and Beverage Services. These qualifications will give students an important edge when seeking employment opportunities.
Normally, students will spend time both in the kitchen (for food preparation) and in our in-house restaurant (hospitality). However, the course content can be structured according to individual students’ needs.
Our training restaurant is open to the public. We are open for lunch at least 3 times each week and we also provide a takeaway service.
