Our Meet the Headteacher reward is awarded to those students who complete work that displays outstanding steps of progress have been made. The nominations for the reward are made by teaching staff  who have marked completed work and judge it to be 'Outstanding'. Students are then invited to meet the Head Teacher. Here, they discuss the work they have completed and showcase their talents, whilst enjoying a cup of hot chocolate and biscuits. As well as this, students are rewarded with 75 positive behaviours points and a letter home to parents/carers to celebrate their child's success.
